Tiffany Williams, LCSW CEO & Owner

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CEO of Tranquility Wellness LLC. My vision for Tranquility Wellness is to provide culturally sensitive therapeutic care in a safe and nonjudgmental space.

As a therapist I specializes in Inner Childhood Trauma, PTSD, Imposter Syndrome, phase of life transitions and men's issues. My focus is to empower clients to unapologetically choose themselves and set boundaries that will showcase their inner strength. My aim is to be a supportive agent in changing negative patterns of thinking. Where the mind goes the man will follow.

I pride myself on developing long term therapeutic relationships with clients and encourage them to consider therapy as a lifestyle and not a temporary experience.

Jimiesha Thomas, LMSW, Clinical Supervisor

As a Licensed Therapist I am dedicated to providing a supportive and affirming space for individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in assisting clients with a range of emotional and psychological challenges including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and career/life transitions. Additionally, I hold a deep, personal passion for perinatal therapy, with a specific focus on supporting women who have experienced postpartum depression. Understanding the unique pressures and challenges faced during the perinatal period, I offer compassionate, specialized care aimed at helping mothers navigate this complex time with empathy and expertise.

In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to uncover the strengths and resources you already possess, while also developing new strategies for coping and thriving. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices. My aim is to create a space for individuals to heal from life experiences. By exploring complex life experiences in a safe and supportive environment, my aim is to help you understand their impact, develop resilience, and foster a sense of personal growth and healing.

As a Licensed Therapist dedicated to guiding you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. I firmly believe that "our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure." My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the inner strength and resilience needed to overcome life’s challenges. My focus is on understanding and reshaping behaviors and patterns. I specialize in helping you make lasting changes and develop healthier habits that will lead to a more fulfilling life.

Leslie D. Green, MEd, MS, Certified Life Coach

As a Mental Health Therapist and Certified Life Coach I provide services for clients 16 and older experiencing grief, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, life transitions, PTSD, and depression. My Primary goal is to help client’s develop coping skills for life stressors before things begin to spiral out of control. I aid clients in learning how to put their own needs first without feeling guilty or apologetic.

I use CBT techniques to address negative self-talk, that often result in self-doubt and overthinking. In the words of the phenomenal black woman, Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” These words resonate with me as a clinician and drive me to be passionate, empathic, compassionate, and relatable during the therapeutic process.

As Licensed Master Social Worker and my life’s purpose is centered around helping others. I make it my mission to support my clients in their quest for well-being. Most importantly I encourage clients to showcase their growth and unapologetically reintroduce themselves to world.

My approach to therapy is far from traditional. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your life’s journey and infusing my unique style into our sessions. I specialize in addressing issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, ADHD, college transitions, self esteem, grief, trauma, and relationship issues. I provide therapy for aged 7 and older.

Rasheeda Davis, MSW

As a Master Level Therapist specializing in marriage counseling and individual therapy, my passion lies in guiding couples through the rough waters of relationship strife and helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. In addition to working with adults Brian also support's children starting at age 8 who are dealing with trauma, anger management, and communication issues.
