Individual Therapy : A 50-minute, collaborative process aimed at addressing personal issues, emotional difficulties, and behavioral challenges. It provides a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapists use various techniques and approaches tailored to the individual’s needs to help them gain insight, develop coping skills, and achieve personal growth and healing. It can focus on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, and more.

Family Therapy: Family dynamics are impactful for each individual member. Working through family trauma, conflict or broken trust in a 50 minute therapy session can improve functional family dynamics and promote healthy and positive individual family members. Common issues that bring families to counseling are juvenile justice involvement, blended families, divorce, mistrust and communication.

Relationship/Couples Therapy: Focuses on helping couples recognize and resolve conflicts to improve their relationship and foster a deeper understanding and connection with each other in a safe and neutral space. Common issues that bring couples to counseling are broken trust, financial problems, parenting disagreements and lack of intimacy.

Child and Adolescent Therapy: School age years can be complex and often leave children feeling like no one understands what they are experiencing. At Tranquility Wellness our Psychotherapist specialize in rapport building with children through avenues they can understand, and provide therapeutic dialogue where children can feel seen and heard. Therapist address issues such as self-esteem, bullying, emotional regulation, ADHD, anger management and identity.

Coparenting Therapy: Co-parenting therapy is a specialized form of counseling designed for parents who are separated, divorced, or not living together but share the responsibility of raising a child or children. The primary goal of co-parenting therapy is to help parents navigate the complexities of their new relationship dynamics in a way that supports the health and well-being of their children. This type of therapy provides a neutral, supportive environment where parents can learn to communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and make joint decisions about their children’s upbringing.

Life Coaching: 60 minute meetings that focus on an individual's future. This can incorporate developing a support plan for life's most challenging areas in a client’s life as well as the clients’ aspirations and what they hope to achieve. Clients will work with the life coach to clarify goals, create and implement an action plan to obtain success. Life Coaching services are private pay.
