Finding the right support can make all the difference when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck. I work with adults, children, and couples, providing a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges and begin the process of healing and growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or challenges with your child’s emotional or behavioral well-being, I offer empathetic support and practical tools to help you move forward.

With children, I incorporate creative approaches such as play, storytelling, and skill-building to help them feel seen, confident, and emotionally secure. With adults, we focus on identifying patterns, processing stress or trauma, and building strategies for boundaries, balance, and self-trust. My work is culturally responsive and grounded in honoring each person’s identity, experiences, and strengths.

For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling, integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with your values. This may include prayer, scripture, and spiritual reflection as part of your healing journey.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families feel seen, heard, and empowered. Seeking support is a meaningful first step, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.

If you need to cancel an appointment, just let us know at least two business days ahead of time. If you don’t contact us, or you don’t show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we will need to charge your credit card on file the full amount for the reserved time. Health insurance doesn’t cover missed appointments, and LifeStance depends on timely, full payment to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients. However, if an unforeseen situation arises—such as illness, bereavement, an accident, etc.—we will waive the fee if you can provide documentation that proves it.
