You’ve been holding it together for everybody else, but who’s checking on you? Maybe your child is acting out, your teen has completely shut down, or you’re tired of saying, “I’m good,” when you know you’re not. Sometimes we learn to push through, stay strong, and keep our struggles to ourselves. But being strong doesn’t mean you have to carry everything alone.

I work with children ages 10 and older, teens, and adults who need a space where they can take off the mask and simply be themselves. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, a major life transition, emotional overwhelm, or trying to figure out your next chapter, therapy can be a place to unpack it without judgment.

My approach is supportive, genuine, and down-to-earth. We’ll talk, laugh when we need to, work through the difficult things, and develop practical tools you can use outside of therapy.
