New at Tranquility Wellness

Through our new partnership with Mindful Haven, we are now able to offer our clients Medication Management!

What We Provide?

Assessments involve reviewing medical and mental health history, current symptoms, functioning, and treatment goals to ensure an accurate diagnosis and individualized care plan. Medication management is then provided through careful selection, monitoring, and adjustment of medications, with ongoing follow-up to evaluate effectiveness, manage side effects, support adherence, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers to promote long-term stability and well-being.
