If you need to cancel an appointment, just let us know at least two business days ahead of time. If you don’t contact us, or you don’t show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, we will need to charge your credit card on file the full amount for the reserved time. Health insurance doesn’t cover missed appointments, and LifeStance depends on timely, full payment to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients.
