Meet Kenneth

Kenneth Harris, MS

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral challenges start to take over. I help children, adults, and families make sense of what’s happening and develop skills that actually work in everyday life. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in meeting you at your pace never pushing faster than you’re ready for.

For adults, I offer a space to unpack stress, relationships, identity, and transitions with honesty and compassion. I work often with men seeking to better understand their emotions, manage responsibilities more effectively, and grow into the kind of man they want to be.

For children and teens, I combine structure, creativity, and evidence-based strategies to support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy behavior. Parents receive guidance that is supportive, clear, and practical, helping them feel more confident and connected.

I also support men who are trying to grow, men figuring out what healthy masculinity looks like, what responsibility really means, and how to show up for themselves and others. Together, we work on identifying patterns, building emotional awareness, and creating routines that support long-term change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need a place to begin and I’m here to meet you right there.
