“Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” – Mariska Hargitay
Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way—whether it’s the stress of young adulthood, the weight of anxiety or depression, or the uncertainty that comes with major life changes like a breakup, career shift, or divorce. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I specialize in working with teens, college students, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely, process your emotions, and develop tools to move forward with confidence. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you are not broken. It’s about helping you rediscover your strength and guiding you toward healing at your own pace.
