My passion lies in guiding couples through the rough waters of relationship strife and helping individuals navigate the complexities of anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. I believe in the power of healing and growth that comes from compassion, nonjudgmental support and understanding.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual and relationship has the strength to overcome challenges when provided with the right support and tools. I integrate techniques from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

In my work with couples, I focus on fostering open communication, rebuilding trust, and rekindling intimacy. For individual clients, provide a supportive space to explore and address the underlying issues of anxiety and depression, and assist in managing life transitions with resilience and hope.
